The location of this place is unbeatable and excellent, just a few steps away from everything we needed, and we enjoyed a meal at a nice restaurant with friendly staff.

The pool area was clean and the location was comfy and perfect, so close to panama city for vacation or family trip, and taxi. The room was good sized, cheap and had coffee/tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. All the staff where very efficient, caring.

Excellent Customer Service

During my stay at a hotel in Panama City, I encountered an issue with the plumbing in my room. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and efficiency of the staff. The lady who cleaned my room promptly called a plumber and within 30 minutes, the issue was resolved. She also went above and beyond to fix the air conditioning. I truly appreciated the friendly and helpful demeanor of the staff. I had a positive experience at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Panama. The spacious rooms were well-equipped and the internet was reliable. The Asian-style buffet breakfast was tasty. The affordable rates and convenient location made it a great choice. Despite a minor issue with the a/c, everything was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very nice and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Additionally, the complementary breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety to choose from. The hotel's location was also convenient for seeing the city and exploring nearby attractions.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The biggest issue was that the hotel seemed outdated and in need of some serious renovations.

The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the small pool on the outdoor deck. a wonderful experience.
